Food from Around the World

Discovering unique ingredients and interesting cuisines is one of the main reasons I travel. There are so many countries I’ve yet to visit but here’s a sample of some of the food I’ve been lucky enough to sample in recent years. Some is organic but almost all is locally produced with seasonal ingredients.
